                                         Colorful, calm, tranquil, lyrical, expressionistic

                                         are words that have been used to describe how 

                                         people feel about my art.  Painting interprets my

  emotional response to a particular moment in 
  time, conveyed by giving the subject matter a
  monolithic presence.  My goal is for the viewer 

  to connect with my art and experience the 
  excitement and thrill of my emotional encounters.
