I painted this plein air work several years ago during one of the annual downtown Bellingham Plein Air Paint Outs (PAPO). It will be in the group exhibit, The PAPO City Hall Show, October - December 20012. A portion of the sales will go to the Bellingham Arts Commission. Stop by to see the show and take care of some holiday shopping.

I painted this piece on location outdoors (en plein air). It will hang in the new "Healing Through Art" group exhibition at Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center.
The exhibit is titled The Open Air: A Group Exhibition of Plein Air Paintings. The show runs October 5, 2012 - January 18, 2013, featuring local artists including Trish Harding and plein air painters from the Studio UFO.
You're invited. Artists reception: Friday October 5, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Cafeteria, Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center, 2901 Squalicum Parkway, Bellingham, WA 98225. All artwork will be for sale. The artwork will be displayed throughout the hospital until the end of the show.
